APPLICATIONS

TECHNOFLEX PENDFLEX® Type STOW Pendant and Reel Control Cable is designed to provide maximum flex-life under the most demanding continuous flexing conditions where flame, chemicals, moisture, and temperature extremes are considerations.  Applications include portable control, festoon systems, power tracks, cranes and hoists, aerotracks, power carriage systems, cable reels, retractable reels, and other flexing applications. 

 FEATURES AND BENEFITS

 1.   CONDUCTORS FEATURES   Extra flexible, soft annealed, bunch stranded, bare copper. (Class K or M)

BENEFITS   Provides extreme flexibility and meets ASTM standards B3 and B174.

2. INSULATION FEATURES   Colour-coded , high quality, glossy smooth 105ºC polyvinylchloride per UL-62 and CSA C22.2 No. 49.

BENEFITS   Easy conductor identification, outstanding flexibility, excellent physical and electrical properties.

 3.  CABLING FEATURES   Conductors are cabled and dusted with mica to enhance flexibility and eliminate the effects of frictional forces and wear on the conductors during flexing.  A full braid over the core adds torsional balance and reinforcement to the assembly.

4.  JACKET FEATURES   Available in stock

with a glossy vibrant yellow polyvinylchloride jacket per UL-62  and CSA C22.2 No. 49.
