DESCRIPTION 

Conductors :  Nickel plated copper conductors, Class B, K and H stranded per ASTM     B 355, B8,  B 174 and B 173.

Sizes :  24 AWG - 1000 MCM.

  Insulation : Composite Insulation System consists of Teflon * TFE tape wrapped in concentric layers, a ceramic tape impregnated with a flame-retardant , high temperature finish, and a closely woven glass braid impregnated with a teflon finish.

  APPLICATION For use in internal wiring of domestic, commercial and industrial heating and cooking equipment in both damp and dry applications.

Normal   250ºC

Listed for 600 Volt apparatus and motor lead wire in 24 AWG - 1000 MCM in accordance with Underwriters Laboratories and Canadian Standards Association.  

Conductor : Nickel coated copper maintains flexibility and conductivity at elevated temperatures.

  The use of K & H stranding provides additional flexibility.

  Composite Insulation System provides : 

·       Excellent moisture resistance through use of heat fused teflon tape.

·       Thermal protection as well as flame resistance through the use of inorganic insulation materials.

·       Mechanical protection.
