DESCRIPTION & FEATURES :

 

UL recognized AWM coil lead wire is a superior multipurpose, high voltage lead wire.  Flexible tinned copper conductor insulated with 150ēC. ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) compound, provides the optimum blend of good dielectric strength, superior weather resistance, excellent abrasion resistance, and low temperature flexibility.

ˇ       Rated 7500 Volts

ˇ       Rated 150ēC. 

ˇ       Flexible rope lay stranded tinned copper

ˇ       Superior weather resistance

APPLICATIONS :

 

ˇ       Recommended for uses requiring a flexible, high voltage lead wire.

ˇ       Suitable for use as transformer lead wire.

 

CONSTRUCTION :

 

Conductor :  Flexible, rope lay, stranded soft annealed, tinned copper per ASTM B33 and the applicable requirements of ASTM B172. 

Separator :  A tape separator is used between the conductor and insulation .

Insulation :  black ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber.

Temperature :  150ēC.

Voltage :  7500 Volts.
